Catarata Uvita: In Uvita, starting from Banco de Costa Rica, just follow the sign "catarata". At the wallpainting "La Cascada, orgullosamente costaricence", the short trail starts down to the river. Approx. hundred meter upstream there is the waterfall and a beautiful natural swimming pool.
The Nauyaca waterfalls from Dominical in direction of San Isidro can be visited best by horseback riding tour.
Further waterfalls are located near Dominicalito, Ojochal and Punta Mala.
